Features
Structures designed with your specific needs in mind considering design components to ensure the functionality and efficiency of your building.
Select from a range of sizes and shapes to meet both your individual requirements and those associated with the building’s intended function.
Large spans (up to 200’) are easily covered, and both sloped and flat soffits are available. The roof slopes can range from 1:22 to 12:12.
Adaptable, useful, and, of course, affordable. Can span as high as 150′, it’s low-cost and slopes can range from 1:2 to 6:12. Additionally, parapet walls for hidden roofs can be also an option.
The multi-span is an efficient technique to lower steel building costs even more for spans exceeding 75′ if a clear interior space is not required. Savings grow with the length of the span and roof load. Buildings wider than 250-300′ are possible.
Structural steel properties
Because our structures are made for bolted connections rather than welding, you’ll save time and money on labor expenses. Also, our structural steel for your building projects has several advantages.
Primary structure (Q335B structural steel)
Strength and Durability:
Q335B has a minimum yield strength of 335 megapascals (MPa), indicating its ability to withstand significant loads and stresses. This strength ensures the structural integrity of the metal building system, enhancing its durability and longevity.
Excellent Weldability:
It can be easily welded using common techniques, such as arc welding, making it convenient for construction purposes. This weldability feature contributes to the ease of assembly and installation of metal buildings
Cost-Effective:
Its availability, combined with its favorable mechanical properties, makes it a cost-efficient material choice. Moreover, its high strength-to-weight ratio allows for the design of lighter structures, which reduces material and transportation costs.
Design Flexibility:
It can be formed into various shapes and profiles, accommodating a wide range of architectural requirements. This versatility allows for the construction of aesthetically pleasing and customized structures to suit different applications and project needs.
Resistance to Environmental Factors:
Q335B steel can be further enhanced with protective coatings or galvanization, which provide an additional layer of defense against rust and deterioration.
Sustainable and Recyclable:
Q335B can be reused or repurposed at the end of its life cycle, reducing the demand for new raw materials. Additionally, the energy required for steel recycling is significantly lower compared to the production of new steel, making it an environmentally friendly option.
Secondary structure (Q235B)
Cost-Effective:
Q235B steel is widely available and relatively affordable compared to some other types of structural steel. This makes it a cost-effective option for the secondary structures, where the primary focus is on supporting and bracing the primary structural elements.
High Strength and Load-Bearing Capacity:
Q235B steel possesses good mechanical properties, including high tensile strength and yield strength. It is capable of supporting significant loads and stresses, making it suitable for secondary structural components such as purlins, girts, and bracing systems.
Excellent Weldability:
Q235B steel is known for its excellent weldability. It can be easily welded using standard techniques, making it convenient for fabrication and assembly processes. This feature simplifies the construction and installation of secondary structural elements, saving time and labor costs.
Design Flexibility:
It can be easily formed into various shapes and profiles, allowing for customization according to specific architectural requirements. This versatility enables the creation of efficient and aesthetically pleasing metal building systems.
Compatibility:
Q235B steel is commonly used in conjunction with primary Q355 structural steel, ensuring compatibility and coordination between different metal building components. Q235B steel attributes complement those of primary structural elements, enabling a cohesive and harmonious overall structure.
Corrosion Resistance:
Protective measures such as coatings or galvanization can be applied to the components to enhance their resistance to corrosion and prolong the lifespan and durability of the metal building.
Metal Deck
Metal decks offer versatility in design and can be customized to meet your specific project requirements. With a range of thicknesses available, we can tailor the metal deck to suit your load-bearing needs. Additionally, various rib patterns and profiles are available, allowing for optimized strength and stiffness while accommodating different spans and loadings.
Siding & Roofing
Insulated Panels
IMPs provide excellent thermal insulation, helping to reduce heat transfer and minimize energy consumption for heating and cooling. Our panels are designed for efficient installation, which can significantly reduce construction time and labor costs. They can be quickly assembled, reducing on-site work and potential delays. Also, they allow for various architectural styles and aesthetic options.
